• What is Teaming?

  • Teaming is a platform for making monthly micro-donations to support volunteer projects and people in need.

 

• How does Teaming work?

  • Once the registration has been made, Teaming withdraws 1 Euro every month from each supporter and transfers it to the supported project

 

• I would like to help through Teaming, how do you do it?

  • To help through Teaming you need an e-mail address and a means of payment such as a bank account, a prepaid card (like PostePay), an ATM card or a credit card (VISA or MasterCard)

  • Go to the website www.teaming.net and register on the page https://www.teaming.net/amicidialfonso

 

• I tried to register but I can't, how can I solve?

  • First, try to register again and check that you have not used the Register with Facebook option

  • So if you used a smartphone, try a personal computer instead

  • If you don't have much experience with the Internet, ask a "tech" acquaintance to help you

  • Try to follow the step-by-step instructions that you find later on this page

 

• My credit card has expired or I changed my bank account, can I change the means of donating?

  • certainly, just go to the website www.teaming.net, log in with your email and password (which can be recovered even if it has been forgotten) and change the bank details or the card number of the monthly donation

 

• I no longer want to support Alfonso's Friends on Teaming, can I unsubscribe?

  • of course, just go to the website www.teaming.net, log in with your email and password (which you can recover even if it has been forgotten) and cancel the monthly donation

 

 

 

Instructions:

Confirm your monthly donation. Each month Teaming will take ONLY 1 Euro from your account or credit card and donate it to the "Amici di Alfonso" project. Of course, you can unsubscribe whenever you want or change your payment method.
